Right now, the wording suggests that only those who specialize in an implement (i.e. base wizards) can benefit from the Corellon's Implement path feature. I was planning on being a fighter/wizard/WotST or a warlord/wizard/WotST. In all of the games that I've played in, the DM allowed characters who multiclass into wizard to benefit from all of the features of the WotST path. However, since I'm going to be playing in the RPGA, I'd like to know ahead of time. |

So far the official stance on questions like this has been simply that the RPGA doesn't make/change/interpret rules. So the answer is most likely going to be non-existant officially, or to "wait for Errata" Just FYI. |

Given that the prereqs are just Wizard class and Longsword proficiency, you CAN take the WotST paragon path, but, IMO, you aren't going to get the benefit of the Corellon's Implement feature, since that explicitly requires specializing in using an arcane implement. |
