| #1colawleyOct 11, 2008 11:49:38 | As a new Herald GM, I am getting ready to sanction my first home game. I have a couple of new players that I will be issuing new RPGA cards to. My question is, do I need to mail in the form part of the new cards after the players fill them out before they will be able to log in to the RPGA site with their numbers? Or is there a default password they can use to login and sign up for Rewards before we play? |

There's a section on the DCI pages which allows you to do this. As for accessing their membership and signing up for the rewards scheme, there was a default password under the old database, whether there still is I don't know. I would suggest you try to log one of them on, once they account has been activated, and see if the prompt screen mentions one. |

At that point, they should do this from #5 down: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=1100353 |

It's always recommended that you mail the stubs back to WotC. It may not be required for activation, but they likely have obligations (perhaps legal ones, perhaps merely administrative ones) they have to meet that will require those forms. |
