The only convention that is actually run by the RPGA is DDXP (formerly Winter Fantasy). That has been held in DC for the past few years, and even if that changes, I can't imagine the show being held anywhere except larger areas with access to several airports, etc. The RPGA sometimes has an official presence at other conventions (GenCon and Origins), but they have no say in where those conventions are held. All other RPGA events held at conventions that I am aware of a just run by RPGA members under the umbrella of the larger convention, or are an RPGA-only convention run and funded by the RPGA members. That was a long way of saying that if you want RPGA content at a convention or other event near you, you should be contacting people in your area or doing one yourself. Because except for a few very rare instances, the RPGA doesn't "hold" any events: all events are set up and run by RPGA members, or are attached to already established events. Take care, Shawn

There was some RPGA gaming at a Salt Lake City science fiction convention in the past (I atttended about three years ago and continue to receive info) over Memorial Day weekend.
