| #1KyaniteJan 30, 2015 16:16:51 | Way before 4.0 ever came out, I posted a thread on the old forums about whether anyone had any information about the seedier side of Dungeons and Dragons. I was curious about things such as drugs, prostitutes, crime, slavery . . . the kind of things you really don't see much of in typical D&D novels, adventures, and supplements.
The response was much better than I thought it would be, both in terms of maturity, information, and the amount of responses. One person recommended that I check out a supplement published by Mongoose called, "Encyclopedia Arcane: Nymphology", and another person recommended a different supplement. I don't know if it was also published by Mongoose, but I think the title was like, "The Complete Blue Mage's Guide", or something close to that. If anyone knows about this or any other similarly-themed supplements of any edition, please let me know. |
