My favorite thing from Paizo is the Golarion Campaign Setting. While it does have a tiny amount of 3.5/PathfinderRPG specific rules in it, the Pathfinder Chronicles line of books are almost entirely crunch free and are awesome. I've moved my campaign to Golarion using D&D (4E) and we're loving it.

If you're interested in exploring one of Paizo's adventure paths set in Golarion, you can find the Rise of the Runelords adventure path converted to 4th Edition at my project blog, Tales from the Rusty Dragon. The third adventure is almost completed, and I have turned the conversion notes from the first adventure into a compiled PDF document.

It looks like an extremely helpful resource!

I'd recommend Curse of the Crimson Throne and especially Legacy of Fire even more, but I don't think anyone's doing a conversion project for those yet. MAYBE one for Curse out there...

I use the Piazo initiative board, it's great.

I've been in a campaign that used the Critical Hit deck. Honestly it was hit or miss. Sometimes you get effects that just don't make a difference.

it's either more damage, or some wound that is supposed to effect the target, but there are times when it just doesn't apply. I mean if your fighting ghosts, and stab it in the eye, it's seems silly to say, it's blind now! Weeee!

Personally I like what WoTC, max damage plus extra. The 4th level rogue has had some really sweet crits in the 40 damage range.

The players really get excited.
