#1 cibiri313 Sep 01, 2010 22:03:10	How are the attribute increase and feat scheduled affected by LA and HD?  For example, if a character has an ECL of 8 including a LA of 2, 4 Racial HD, and 2 class levels, how many feats and attribute increases would they have accumulated?  If I'm correct, the answer is that LAs do not count toward this progress, but HD count the same as class levels.
