Just thought I'd mention that my 20 year game development project, MUTT the free RPG, is out now. It is not D20 but a new system that combines elements of a number of previous systems.  It is "free as in beer", "free as in speach" and "free as in a puppy."   You can download the entire 120 page core rulebook as a free PDF at http://muttgame.net as well as order print copies if you want.  There are also some free accessories and links to not-free acessories there as well.
