| #1IschtanMay 13, 2013 10:26:04 | I intend to make a list of (more or less) all D&D items, similar to that which was online on Crystalkeep, but without information about the items themself. Thus included would be information about: item name, item price, book and page the item was printed. Now my question is: Is it legal to publish such a list? Is it legal to publish such a list as an app (for android/iOs)? I know the Crystalkeep lists had to be removed, but I imagine that was because of the descriptions. Anybody has any knowledge about the legal concepts involved here? Thanks for your advice? |
