#1 e24ohm Aug 10, 2009 14:12:52	Folks: I have a few friends that are from Europe and Asia, and the two systems of measurement are causing some issues. I have no problem with using the metric system; however, would is a good rule of thumb to use when converting outside/inside maps? Do I want to scale everything to be 2 meters/6 feet? I was thinking about using the 1:72 scale, since 1in=6feet, which would make 25mm=2 meters=6 feet roughly. Not sure if this is going to work, so I am open to suggestions. thank you.
#2 atanakar Aug 29, 2009 10:29:29	If I remember correctly : 3.3 feet = 1 meter 5 feet = 1.5 meters (more or less) Keep it simple
