During translation of this spell description into Russian i had a questions: 1) Does this spell protect players from arrows, weapons and magic? 2) During casting of the spell spellcaster choose up to nine medium creatures? or the close creatures affected first (including enemies) 3) When the spell is resolved is it possible for enemies to get into sphere? 4) What will happen with creatures who stays in the sphere is the spellcaster leave it? Would you be so kind to help me with my questions?

So to answer your questions: 1) Sort of. It grants you total concealment, but it does not stop arrows from hitting you. 2) You don't choose up to 9 creatures, up to 9 creatures may enter or leave freely. Basically, 9 medium sized creatures can fit into it. 3) Yes. 4) Nothing. The sphere just disappears.
