There have been a lot of superhero RPGs over the years and several still in-print, but my guess is that you saw Green Ronin's Mutants & Masterminds. It's d20 based and the big superhero game of the moment. I got it awhile back and didn't really like it, but a lot of people swear by it.

There are other systems that do superheroes, such as Palladium Books Heroes Unlimited which is pretty good, it has some flaws, but is better stylistically in my opinion. I could draw up your hero in Heroes Unlimited, but it would require a few more books than just the main one.

The Hero System I hear has a very popular superhero system for those willing to brave that detailed system and GURPS can do supers as well, but I find with GURPS it is too much work for too little reward.

There are of course older RPGs but the superhero ones become worth their weight in gold if they are any good.

I'm sure there are some other systems out there people can comment on.

Definitely, if Green Ronin made it/produced it/was involved in it in some way, then it's almost assuredly a good product. M&M just recently scored a major coup by getting the license to do the Wild Cards universe, an amazingly cool series of books. Can't do that series justice here on the boards, just search for it on Wikipedia, it'll show you the awesomeness that is Croyd.

Interesting character concept Dahila. Might I suggest joing an already made group for M&M? Not to be rude, I don't mean to be at all, but you seem a little new to the system and I've always found the best way to learn a new game is to play it before running it yourself.

Hubble has a game looking for a few more players right now. I know once I get the M&M books and give them a good once over I'll be looking to join and I encourage you to do the same.

I also would like to plug my freinds RPG game, "Biff! Bam! Pow!", which is a free RPG that's a lot of fun and quick to pick up and play. Here's a link to that website.
