I'm a bit new to Dungeons and Dragons and I had some questions mainly about weapon size.

On page 43 of the Magic Item Compendium, there's a weapon property called "Sizing" which allows you to change the weapon's size category to any size you desire.

Can someone please explain to me in detail how the increasing/decreasing a weapon's size category affects the weapon's damage and the user of the weapon?  Does changing the weapon size category also change the actual size of a weapon?

Well the weapon damage increases with the size as does the weight. Also when a weapon increases size it's weapon categorey as in a 1-handed weapon becomes a 2-handed weapon.

Yes the weapon's actual size does increase.

Does that answer your questions?

Well that kind of answers my question a bit.  What about if the "Sizing" property was given to a natural weapon, like the Adamantine Fists that a Warforged Charger has?

Well all the same changes apply. However there is some debate about unarmed strikes (not natural weapons which are different) because in the weapon description it says unarmed strikes are always light weapons.

Note: I forgot to mention when a weapon is inappropriately sized attack rolls with that weapon take a cumlative -2 penalty per size difference, so a human using a huge dagger would take -4 to attack rolls with it. This penalty also works the other way around, a human using a tiny greatsword would also take a -4 penalty.
