2 sneak attack questions

I am planning to play a ranger/rogue character. Sneak Attack can be done 1 per turn. I've got two specific questions, in fact, I am pretty sure these are legal and can be done but need confirmation from you gurus of 5th edition ;)

 

a.- If I use Giant Killer (from Hunter Prey), that attack can be a sneak attack if conditions are met? for example, if I've got another enemy of the target at 5' of it?

 

b.- In the same scenario above, if the large creature gets out of my reach, so provoking an ADO, that would be sneak attack too right? (the other enemy is still at 5' of it)

It's generally a bad idea to run away without disengage when you have two or more enemies standing next to you.

You can add c) Rogue with Sentinel that gets triggered because his ally is attacked.

 

I think the most Sneak Attacks possible in one round is 4. First round of combat. Enemy attacks before Rogue. Rogue uses his reaction for a Sneak Attack. Rogue attacks (and he's a lvl 17 thief) and takes two turns so two more Sneak Attacks. His reaction also resets. Some time later in the round he uses this reaction for another Sneak Attack.
