| #1jm935Jul 07, 2014 14:32:51 | Hi folks, Just looking over the Basic rules. Looks like a fun game! I have two questions about the Wizard class that I'm not seeing an answer/solution too. It's a long PDF, though, so maybe there are answers buried somewhere? Would appreciate help. (1) Do I get to add my Intelligence modifier to spell damage rolls? Doesn't look like it, but in case I overlooked it. (2) Potent Cantrip. This 6th level Wizard power seems not to do anything at all! I don't see any can trips that this would do anything for. Am I missing something? [** phone post please forgive **] |

Potent Cantrip currently has no cantrip for it in the Basic rules but more will be added. |

| #5FallingIcicleJul 07, 2014 15:16:00 | I like the idea of giving cantrips "improved crit", allowing them to crit on a 19 or 20. |

Potent cantrip is currently useless. Clearly a mistake of some kind. Merls said he would add a wizard damage cantrips with saves into basic at some point. |
