Beholder Disintegration

I was wanting to know does the eyestalk disintegration from a zombie beholder destroy magical items carried by the character destroyed by the disintegration?  The spell specifically says it does not.  However, the description of the eyestalk within the monster itself says it does destroy items made of magical force.  Does this include magical items?

Items made of magical force are just things like Mord's Sword or an actual Wall of Force, both of which usually state that they can be broken with a Disintegrate spell. The eyestalk is just re-iterating that it functions like the spell in this regard.

Nope magic items are fine, just like the spell.
