Hello.

So as iv understood the rules you can if dual wielding take an extra attack with your of hand with your bonus actio . So Normaly only main hand, but by using the bonus action you can hit with your off hand aswel.

This seems to be for everyone. But after looking into the barbarian, he gets this on the 3. level:

F r e n z y
Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you
can go into a frenzy when you rage. If you do so, for
the duration o f your rage you can make a single melee
weapon attack as a bonus action on each o f your turns
after this one. When your rage ends, you suffer one level
o f exhaustion (as described in appendix A).

So I understand the above is great if you are wielding a two handed weapon. But if you are dual wielding, does this give you anything at all since you already can use the bonus action for the off hand? Or would someone rule that you get 2 attacks with the off hand?

The bonus attack from dual-wielding does not add your ability modifier to the damage it deals. The bonus attack from Frenzy does not make that stipulation. Not sure it'd be worth a level of exhaustion just to get an attack with a one-handed weapon, but a barbarian's gotta do what a barbarian's gotta do.

TWF and frenzy don´t work well together. You don´t have any bonus from your off hand while raging in that way. If you want a TWF barbarian, take the totem path.

Don't barbarians get their rage damage bonus to all attacks while raging? If so then a dual-wielder would get it on off-hand attacks as well.

A duel-wielder barbarian would be better off going Totem Warrior anyway.
