Can the Resilient feat be taken multiple times (once for each attribute)?

It doesn't say anyhing like: "You can select this feat multiple times. Each time you do so, you must choose a different attribute."

No, you can take each feat only once unless the feat’s description says otherwise, which Resilient doesn't do. See Elemental Adept for an exemple of a feat specifically saying otherwise.
