Can you administer a Goodberry to a fallen companion like a potion of healing?

Swallowing is a reflex action so I don't see why not. Besides which, I'm willing to bet that the intention of Goodberry is to do exactly that.

You can also blowgun them in at range.

By RAW, Goodberry states, "a creature can use its action to eat one goodberry," and an unconscious creature has no actions, thus, by RAW it seems that he or she cannot. Albeit, I don't see many DM's ruling that way: I don't see much of a point of granting 1 hp to a conscious character otherwise. I would have it take the administer's action.

if you can pour a potion down your friend's throat, i would allow squeezing out magic berry juice and administering it that way to a fallen ally. yay 1 hp!

Swallowing isn't a reflexive action otherwise nobody would ever choke on their own vomit when unconscious.

 

I don't allow for pouring potions down unconscious characters' throats in my game, I do allow for topical application for reduced effect, and I also have healing available in various states and applciations for full effect.
