Shapechanger. As an action, you can polymorph into any humanoid of your size that you have seen, or back into your true form. However, your equipment does not change with you. If you die, you revert to your natural appearance.
The party decided that it should work as the polymorph spell- so you change stats and gain their HPS etc, except that I find this extremely broken (and I'm the one playing it) as I can basically not die to most attacks- as the HPS don't carry over to my true form in polymorph.
How is everyone playing this? |

I would think if one were to have a PC changeling, it would follow the Doppleganger shapechanging rules: "Its statistics, other than its size, are the same in each form."
EDIT: Oh, the Eberron unearthed arcana thing, right. So, yeah, I would probably follow the doppleganger description since it seems pretty vague as written. |

This says you don't change form until you die. The reason it probably uses polymorph as a word is to set it apart from Disguise Self and illusion spells. If you grow a beard there is presumably a beard there for another creature to touch and interact with. |
