Checking 5E Combat Crib Sheet

Hey everyone.


Wondering if folks would help me out.  One of the things I liked about 4E was a tool called the Combat Crib Sheet.  As far as I have seen, no one has come up with one for 5E, so I threw one together to help with my game table.  I wanted to double check to make sure I got the details right, so I am posting a link to the page it is on.

Must Ready be in response to an enemy action? Could you, for instance, state you wish to attack after PC X attacks?
