Commander's Strike & Sneak Attack

Do you think that this rule allows a rogue an extra Sneak Attack, since it uses their reaction and doesn't take up their turn?

Yes, I think the rogue can sneak attack on the fighter's turn because it's a different turn. The ability states once per turn and not once per rogue's turn. AoO's and thief's reflexes are other examples of additional sneak attacks. Given the frequency of AoO or the opportunity cost in commander's strike it's not much of a concern if he meets the other SA requirements.
