Crossbow expert extra attack with just one hand crossbow?

Hi, everyone! Quick question:

 

Crossbow expert feat says that when you use the attack action to attack with a one-handed weapon, you can use your bonus action to make another attack with a loaded hand crossbow you are holding. 

 

If someone with this feat is armed with just one hand crossbow (a one-handed weapon) and attacks with it, can he use a bonus action to get another attack with that very same hand crossbow (which IS a hand crossbow he is holding)? The feat specifies that the crossbow has to be loaded for the bonus action to happen, but then again the feat also specifies that you ignore the loading property of any crossbow you are proficient with, so I don't know what to think.

I'm thinkin' a drow rogue 4 / fighter 6 / rogue +10 with this feat for 3 hand crossbow attacks per turn.  Also need to get the Skulker feat, and probably Sharpshooter too.

You get Blindsense at 14th rogue, but I just wanted another sneak attack damage die.  :P

 

Plus I don't think I need another feat / ASI.  Crossbow Expert (rog 4), +2 Dex (ftr 4, CL 8), Skulker (ftr 6, CL 10), +2 Dex (rog 8, CL 14), Sharpshooter (Rog 10, CL 16), open feat (rog 12, CL 18)

 

Nothing wrong with going fighter 8, though.

Fighter 11/Rogue 9 is a good one, with four chances per turn to trigger sneak attack, but I'm not sure how Rogue Prime you want to be.

Considering I can use the bonus action granted by the feat to attack twice with the same hand crossbow, I also have some thoughts about multiclassing, but I think I 'd better move that discussion to the player help forum.
