I've noticed in Monster Manual that creatures large, huge and bigger do more damage with weapons. Are there any scale rules for this yet? I haven't found any except the ones in Enlarge/Reduce spell, but those doesn't match damage in MM.

Not yet.  Though i expect it in the DMG.

I could have sworn that the MM states to add one instance of weapon damage per size above Medium (so usually one die, but a 2d6 weapon would add 2d6 per size change).

So what would a rock's damage be if thrown by a Tarrasque?

The book doesn't explicitly state the increase in damage, but Mike Mearls did say via a tweet that adding the weapon's damage again for each size category above medium is how it works.

There are two threads about it, Synjin, and people reading this thread might not realize that. I thought giving such people the benefit of a clear, concise summary before this thread fills with the argument again was better than laughing at your joke (not that I didn't find it amusing).
