| #2Ath-kethinFeb 02, 2015 7:16:39 | Nobody gets a plus anything to attack anything in 5th edition - the endless modifiers to rolls have been replaced by the advantage/disadvantage mechanic. And the "racial enemies" trope was gone as early as 2nd edition (in the Al-Qadim setting), and is entirely absent in 5th. |

But otherwise, everyone can hit everyone else equally. |
