Does Elemental Affinity work with Elemental Smites/weapon?

Would the elemental affinity (lets say fire) feature work with Searing Smite, or Elemental Weapon(fire) spells?

Yep, as long it's a spell. No Dragonborn Breath Weapon.

Also work with Hellfire rebuke from the tiefling racial ability.
