Hi! If i am a Moon druid and goes in to my wildform as a bear with 34HP and takes let's say 33Damege in that form change back to my normal form,
If i then turn into wild form again next turn will I have 34HP again? and Where in the rules does it state that if so is the case?

Even assuming you take it to the extreme and short rest after every battle, you can still only wild shape twice a fight. Each time you wild shape you get the benefits of wild shaping(including the full number of HPs). So you are limited in how many "free" HPs you get(until you hit level 20).

The problem being that if you are a 2nd level Druid and you Wild shape into a Bear with Circle of the Moon, and lose 33 HP, when you change back into your normal form, you'd be in the negative points, so you would be making death saves. When you wild shape and take on the Hit Die of the creature, those are considered temporary hit points.

If he was a Brown Bear (34 hp) and took 33 hp damage, the druid would revert to whatever hp he had before shapechanging. If he took, say 40 hp damage, he would revert with (40-34) 6 less hp than he had before he shapechanged. Whether the druid becomes unconscious and needs to make death saves would depend on his pre-shapechange hit points.
