I have a rogue that has a nine in con, so i thought that, "HEY WARLOCK!!" the Arcfey arc class has a thing called Misty Escape...My dm says that it would probably be an attack of opportunity cause its a movement, but is it? And is it still be worth a chance of another hit to move 30-60 feet away? Also is hellish rebuke an attack of opportunity, I say no cause its a reaction spell, but its still a spell sooo...

Spells don't "provoke" at all in 5e, unless you're "threatened" by someone with Mage Slayer. All being "threatened" (which isn't actually a term in 5e, but since you're using "Attack of opportunity" instead of "Opportunity Attack", I'm assuming you're familiar with 3e terminology) does is it gives you disadvantage on ranged attack rolls, including with ray spells. That's it.

In this case, Misty Escape isn't normal movement (it doesn't use your speed - you simply aren't within 5' anymore), so it definitely wouldn't trigger an opportunity attack. Hellish Rebuke, likewise, won't trigger such an attack unless you're fighting someone with Mage Slayer.

Of course, both Misty Escape and Hellish Rebuke are reactions. You only get one of those per round, so you can't burn someone for damaging you and still disappear in a puff of mist.

"You can make an opportunity attack when a hostile creature that you can see moves out of your reach."

That's basically it. You don't trigger attacks of opportunity for casting spells.

It should be noted clearly that the section on opportunity attacks contains the following sentence: "You also don't provoke an opportunity attack when you teleport or when someone or something moves you without using your movement, action, or reaction."
