How to use a single weapon or instrument with proficiency. It says you can learn how to use a tool or new language 2. Learn how armor works so can wear it i.e. A wizard learns to wear light armor. He can't learn medium armor as needs he needs light armor proficiency 1st Thank you |

Weapon and armor proficiencies and skills cannot be learned during downtime. |

Actually, on a side note, it's probably something that is assumed otherwise characters get amazing feats instantaneously. |

Granted that it won't fit everybody's idea for their character concept, but taking a character's first level as a fighter and then the other 19 levels as whatever else they want to do takes care of all the armor and weapon proficiencies one would want. And while it takes 250 days of training to pick up an extra language, there seems to be no training requirement for picking up another class. |

That means that you can't just take one and be at the next level. With weapons and armor there are tiers and taking one from a higher tier than you are currently allowed puts you at the next level with no need for ever taking another weapon or armor proficiency. That said, if your DM is cool with it it wouldn't be gamebreaking (bending a bit though). Maybe have it cost a little more and take a little longer than training for a skill. |

YOu get hp and spell slots, but learning new spells, certian abilities, class and feat, take down time training for you to start using. |
