The answer likely varies by campaign setting, and certainly varies from DM to DM. The person to ask is at your table, not the boards.   For what it's worth, I'd say no. But magic has a way of breaking the rules. (There's no such spell available in the PHB, but it's not a stretch to imagine this exists in worlds where this sort of thing happens.) And not all marriages are defined by procration, anyway, so it might not even be a factor.

#10 WorBlade Aug 26, 2015 12:36:01	Well, I suppose a simple polymorph spell would solve any physical compatibility issue. The 5e rules note dragons in human form mating with humans and producing dragonborn, so I would think it was likely the two could procreate. Not sure I would want to write up 1/4 dragon born rules - would assume the offspring would look predominately human or predominately dragonborn.
