I got miniatures in Icons of the Realm random packs for 2 dread warriors and a firebat but the stats for those creatures aren't in the 5e Monster Manual. Are there any details avaialable about where those stats blocks might be published?

No, but adding the half dragon template (fire breathing) to a giant bat seems like a good approximation.  It will definitely raise the CR though.  For the dread warrior, I would just add the zombie's resistances/immunities to the veteran NPC in the MM.

Funny. Just today I was looking at the Savage Tide adventure path I'm converting from 3e to 5e and got to a section where Fire Bats are used. I basically compared other 5e chellenge equivalent beasties, crossbread a stirge and tweaked the the original format to this: (obviously, I didn't go all out or even list the abilities, just what I needed for the combat)

Fire Bats

Small elemental beast

Challenge 2

AC 15 (natural armor)

HP 28 (8d6) regenerate 5, vulnerable to cold damage, immune to fire

Speed 10 ft; 50 ft fly

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage and 4 (1d6) fire damage, and the fire bat attaches to the target. While attached, the fire bat doesn't attack. Instead, at the start of each of the fire bat's turns, the target loses 7 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage and 4 (1d6) fire damage as the fire bat devours the target's flesh. This damage may be in addition to the burn damage (see below).

The fire bat can detach itself by spending 5 feet of its movement. It does so after it consumes 10 hit points from the target or the target dies. A creature, including the target, can use its action to detach the fire bat.

Burn. Anyone hit by a fire bat must make a DC 11 Dexterity save or catch fire, dealing 4 (1d6) fire damage each round. A character can extinguish herself by using her action to make a DC 11 Dexterity check. Creatures using unarmed or natural attacks to hit a fire bat must make the save or catch fire.
