What do people use for equipping weapons? Is it treated as a swift action? Can you pull out a sword and attack as part of an action? What about putting away a bow, drawing great axe, and attacking? There don't seem to be any rules against it, but is seems wrong to be able to do that, particularly in the 6 second span a round is supposed to take place in.

I haven't read through the rules in the Starter Set or basic just yet, but yes, all throughout the playtest drawing a weapon was considered a part of your action. So you could draw and attack as part of a single action. I don't see any reason this would have changed, but I'll read through the final rules to check for sure since they're out now.

Thanks! I was using a key word search for equip, and nothing was coming up. I skimmed right over it. That helps a lot.

Anyone try sheathing your sword and equipping a second shield at the end of each turn?
