Is this any kind of attack? Maybe even a disinitigrate? |

So, if you use Giant Killer, you could make "an attack" as a reaction, but without the ability to "cast a spell," it doesn't matter if you have a spell that creates spell attacks- you cannot cast a spell on this reaction, so it never "gets to the point" where you would make a spell attack.
I think every spell attack in the PHB is either done as part of casting a spell or used as an action or bonus action specific to that spell. Since none of these grant you the general "ability to make a spell attack (whenever you could make an attack), you can't cast any spells with Giant Killer.
Also, under the "Attack" heading in the "Action" section of the combat rules, "attacks" are clarified as either ranged or melee attacks. Under the "Making an Attack" section, it says "...or making an attack roll as part of a spell."
For Giant Killer to work with any "spell attacks," there would need to be some feature or spell benefit along the lines of "While (duration or condition), you may make a special spell spell attack whenever you could make a weapon attack. This attack does (insert specifics)."
However, note that in this case, if it follows from most special attack options in the game, it would necessitate the phrasing "When you take the attack action on your turn," which would again invalidate this hypothetical feature from being used with Giant Killer. |

We should probably make up that he can concentrate on all four simultaneously, too, because they're all cast as part of the same Action.

So it's a moot point folks! |
