#1 Coolossus2123 Aug 14, 2015 1:25:13	Many illusion spells state that upon a successful check, or physical interaction, they are revealed as an illusion. What does this exactly mean? Does it becomes see-through, or disappears for the observer, perhaps it just simply makes the creatures around it aware that it is an illusion and nothing more? Which brings me to my next question, is the illusion only given away to everyone through physical interaction, not through a creatures Intelligence (Investigation) check, which would only give it away to the creature who made the check?

#3 mellored Aug 14, 2015 8:10:11	Yea, it's not very clear.  I generally consider the spell level as the main thing.   Minor illusion is a cantrip, and becomes obviously fake once anyone discovers it. Programmed illusion is level 6, and fools everyone individually.  It's only fake to those who pass the DC.  Even if you touch it, it still seems real untill you take the action.  Though i give advantage in such cases.
#4 OoftaMeg Aug 14, 2015 8:34:37	Someone that determines something is an illusion can always tell others it's an illusion. Whether they believe him or act differently based on that information depends on the situation.
