| #3GrazelAug 14, 2014 9:57:25 | I think they should have worded it in a more plain and easy to understand way: If you take enough damage to reduce you to a negative value equal to your maximum hit points you die without a saving through. So if your max hp is 12 if you get taken to -12 you die. I suspect they used the wording they did to make it only apply if you had more than 0 hp before the damage came in. This is essentially a now standard rule that was an optional rule in at least one older edition. |
