When you use the instrument to cast a spell that causes targets to become charmed on a failed save, the targets have disadvantage on the saving throw. Now, does that also apply to every subsequent saving throw for maintaining charm? Many failed=charmed spells say something along the lines of The target can make a Wisdom saving throw at the end of each of its turns. On a success, the spell ends. Is the semantics that they are they saving against "the spell" or saving against the spell's effects: which is Charming.
#2 mellored Apr 15, 2015 11:33:19	It says "become charmed" and "the saving throw". So i imagine it's only 1 save. Which seems fair. Every save could get kinda rediculous.
