Now, does that also apply to every subsequent saving throw for maintaining charm? Many failed=charmed spells say something along the lines of
Is the semantics that they are they saving against "the spell" or saving against the spell's effects: which is Charming. |

So i imagine it's only 1 save. Which seems fair. Every save could get kinda rediculous. |
