#1 paulstrait Mar 28, 2015 1:01:06	Is the longtooth shifter bite attack made with proficiency?  I would assume yes, but I'm not really sure what the explicit rules justification would be.   EDIT:  Edited the title to make the referent a bit more clear.

Second in the eberron shifter write up it does not state they are not proficient, but what is really important is what is said in the druid wild shape ability it mentions nothing about a change in weapon proficiency the druid does not specificially have such a proficiency but in combat the druid while wild shaped will have proficiency.  (although it specifically mentions you getting both your skill, and save proficiencies and those of the monster. )   I know some others have posted on natural attacks but all that can be found by them is that creatures with Natural weapons are proficient in them. Although  outside of the monster manual I can't find something that directly say that.
