| #5JohrisJan 28, 2015 9:50:03 | Looking through DMG, items should list their Save DC if they have one. Staff's typically say DC of user. Wands give a DC (except Wand of Paralysis which seems to be an ommision).
The Spell Scrolls do give a DC based on level of the spell ranging from 13 to 19.
In the creating Magic items table it didn't discuss DC's, but did have Magic level, so if you are wanting to know a particular DC, I would use the Spells level and then the Scroll DC table to get close. adjust if needed/wanted. |
