Spells like swift quiver and conjure volley explicitly state non-magical ammunition.  If a magical bow is used to deliver these spells, will the damage be considered magical for the purposes of overcoming damage resistance/immunity to non-magical damage?

Also, I'm running on an assumption that non-magical ammunition that has a spell cast upon it is considered magical for the duration of the spell cast upon it (like flame arrow).

Conjure Volly is a spell, it deals magical damage no matter what ammunition you use.  It's not a weapon attack.

Swift Quiver gives you extra attacks, with all benifits and penalties that go along with an attacks.  Like battlemaster dice, and resistance to non-magical weapons.

The Flame Arrows spell doesn't specify that the damage is now magical, therefore as written you can use swift quiver with it. That said it's up to your DM.

Both spells only predicate that the Ammunition be non-magical. No requirements on your bow. But as mellow said Conjure has it's own damage table and magical weapons only add their +1 on Weapon Attacks not spell attacks made with them, so no +1 to conjure. Again though, ask your DM, if you had an Oathbow and did a conjure volley including the target of your oath would I give the oathtarget disadvantage on his dex save? Probably.

To be clear you DO add the +1 to your ToHit rolls and Damage rolls when you use your +1 bow with Swift Quiver. You Cannot use your +1 arrows though.

The 'non-magical' part of conjure Volley/Barrage is important because of things like Lightning Javelins. (Conjure Barrage+Lightning Javelin still makes me drool though)

Well, no, you can't use Flame Arrows with Swift Quiver because they both use concentration.

The reason I asked about the conjure volley is because of the last sentence of the spell where it states that it does the same damage type as the ammunition, I could interpret this as non-magical piercing if the ammunition was an arrow fired from a bow.  However, I am willing to accept that because all the arrows in the volley are magically created duplicates that they are inherently magic, otherwise a spell like cloud of daggers may not actually bypass resistance.

As for the assumption, most transmutation spells that create magical effects on items (e.g. elemental weapon or magic weapon) explicitly state that the weapon becomes magical.  Flame arrow does not state this.
