That's Martial Arts, Unarmored Defense, Unarmored Movement, and potentially the abilities that mimic spells (if the monk is not proficient in that armor, as per standard spellcasting rules). Other things, including Flurry of Blows and the non-spell elemental disciplines, work perfectly well in armor. |

Monks lose several things - ability to use dex, unarmed strike their bonus attacks as outlined on page 78 of the PHB. |
