Hello, I was wondering how Double Attack worked for certain monsters (Naraash, Barlgura in particular). It is unclear to me which attack he makes or how many attacks at what strength with what to hit. It is worded as follows:

 Slam (standard, at-will)

Reach 2; +11 vs AC; 1d8+6 damage, or 2d8+6 damage if the barlgura is bloodied.

 Double Attack (standard, at-will)

+9 vs ; 2d6+5 damage.. The barlgura makes two slam attacks.

Your copied icons indicate to me that this is a 4E question. Just so you know, this is the 5E Rules board.

However, I'm looking at the entry for the 4E Barlgura right now, and it doesn't list an attack/damage value under Double Attack. You just make two Slam attacks (at the attack values listed for that attack). I can't seem to locate the Naraash, so I'm not sure what it says there. Looks like a typo to me.

A lot of 4E compendium entries were updated a while ago with respect to damage, so some of the headings got messed up and were either given an attack bonus where one shouldn't be, or damage where it shouldn't be listed. Or, like in this case, both!

So the entry should actually just read "The Barlgura makes two slam attacks" and should be sans attack and damage numbers, since you refer to the slam attack above
