Mount Proficiency?

There is a proficiency for vehicles (land) or vehicles (water), but is there a proficiency for mounts?

In the playtest there was a mount proficiency, but they are trying to prevent overlap and let only one thing grant proficiency to any check where possible, so Animal Handling is your mount proficiency.

Upgrade that to a Defense Fighter and a Small Wizard, and you can really be a tank... including artillery.
