If you multiclass monk/sorcerer with dragon bloodline what is your AC? Is it chose between the monks unarmored 10+dex+wis or bloodlines 13+dex? Or do you get the natural armor of 13 for bloodline and the dex+wis for monk? there was a debate about this in our encounters group.

Either one, not both.  Presumably which ever is higher.  So if a monk has 12 Wis, then you use the sorcerer.  If he has 18 Wis, you use the monks.

Same is true with any other "your AC is" feature like barbarian or wild shape.  You either use the bears natural armor, or the monks armor.

For example - I am playing a Druid/Barbarian. When I wildshape, I am not wearing any armor - therefore I have the choice of my unarmored defense or my creatures AC. Things get slightly more complicated here, as I need to calculate my unarmored defense ability for each animal individually (as my physical stats change).

More often than not, this gives me an AC of 13-14, which is usually higher than the AC of the beast (although some beasts also have AC14).
