Multiclassing and shared spell lists

If I am a Sorcerer and I multiclass Wizard, can I take a spell that I already know from being a Sorcerer to have in my Wizard's spellbook?

 

So, for example, can I know Shield from being a Sorcerer and being a Wizard, so that I can cast it sometimes without worrying about triggering my wild magic stuff?

Yes, there's nothing preventing you from learning a spell through multiple sources.
