Name Level Domains?

I am trying to discern if there will be any support for high level domain establishment/management in the three core books once they are released. 

 

I am aware that such is not supported in the Basic game, and certainly won't be in the starter box. 

However i have a vague recollection that such a thing was being considered during the playtest.

 

I was always a fan of such things and am hoping to see the game support it from the start, or at least early on in the production lines.

If you have Twitter ask Mike Mearls about it for confirmaiton and to urge the team on, but I think that it will be included in the DMG.
