Omission of the pike from the 1st bullet under "Polearm Master"

If this is old news, please disregard...Any reason why the pike is mentioned in the 2nd bullet but not the 1st? Seems like a typo, but we haven't played long enough to see if there's actually logic behind it...

Not sure if there is a game balance reason, but thematically it is a piercing weapon and would not have a followthrough like a slashing or bludgeoning weapon.

I suspect it's because pikes are usually much longer than the other weapons listed (9-12+ feet), so that swinging it around to use the butt end in addition to the blade end doesn't make as much sense.

What they said - you can only strike with both ends of a polearm if you're swinging it, but the pike is a thrusting weapon.
