So, Rage specifies spells (Frenzy requiring a rage, naturally). I don't see where Channel Divinity even pretends to be a spell. It just looks like it happens, really. So, conceivably, is it possible to Vow of Enmity on one turn, then Frenzy to earn additional attacks? Because fishing for critical just got hilarious.

I imagine the two bonus actions would need to be on different turns.

Yes, you can use both, but not on the same turn, because they're both bonus actions.

You can do that, but it seems overly complicated.

All Barbarians at level 2 and beyond can choose to attack with advantage (on their turn) by using Reckless Attack.  It has a defensive penalty, but it's also much simpler to use.

Wow, now the half-orc paladin in the PHB isnt just screaming at an enemy, its a full on battle roar. Of course you cant cast smite spells, though you still get some other smite benefits. I guess when you run out of rages is when you smite

im less married to crit fishing and more the the rediciulousness of it. Stat wise a halfelf would do really good. Dragonborn a little less so. Thinking more of a divine frenzy. Flavor my rage as less primal, but instead divine. Filled with zealos, the half-orc strikes with unwordly strength! His waraxe burst with radiant light. The enemies of Palor would know fear, if only for a moment.

A half-elf, half crazed by the fey power his blood gives him, weaves around the battle field, giggling maniacly as his Rapier slinks through so many necks like butter. (good warlock idea there as well)

Savage Attacker and/o Great Weapon Style (Paladin style) - does it allow rerolls on Divine Smite?
