| #3Sword_of_SpiritJul 14, 2014 23:08:44 | Yes. The playtest monsters in the later packets were quite a bit behind the rest of the packets in development. Only after they were finished with the concept of how strong the classes were going to be were they able to properly balance the monsters.
Now they inspire fear like monsters should.

| #4alienuxJul 15, 2014 6:41:43 | They specifically mentioned in the playtest packets that the playtest was more of a test of interactions of rules rather than difficulty of combat (I can't remember the exact phrasing), so it was expected all along that in the final product, the monsters would be harder. |
