If a spell requires to have a magic saving throw of Dexterity on monster for example, does the monster account also for the Dexterity modifiers he has in his stats?

The Save number includes the monster's ability modifier and any related "proficiency" bonus. If the stat block does not have a Saves section, or that section does not include the save you are looking for, then just use the related ability modifier. |
