It then says to consult the Random Treasure chapter on how to do that randomly (if I want). My question is: is each "with treasure" implying I should roll on the Individual treasure table or the hoard treasure table? If Individual, when would I randomly roll on the horde table? If hoard, isn't that a lot of hoards? |

Treasure is already a 'up to the GM' thing.
Probably here they are refering to using individual treasure and making it extra up to the GM when, if ever, a horde comes about. |
