| #4El_CondoroJun 10, 2015 2:14:15 | I think it just means the next time a ranged attack hits - within the 1 minute duration of the spell - it deals the extra damage (Dex save). If the ranger did not attack for a few rounds after casting and hit, then it would do the 1d10 extra damage. If s/he attacked straight away (the spell is a bonus action) it would do the 1d10 extra damage (adjust for higher levels, ofc ourse). In any case, it only does it once in that 1 minute duration of the spell. Volley would still only do 1d10 extra damage on the first hit. |
